DGA completed a number of feasibility studies around the country including studying projects on an Indian reservation in Nevada, in a Wyoming town undergoing a boom related to energy production, in southern Utah at the gateway to Zion National Park, on a major lake in Tennessee, a potential new development in the downtown area of a major tourism destination, and several new projects in Florida.

DGA is engaged in consulting on the development of what is likely to be the nation’s most exclusive RV resort. DGA has assisted the property owner for several years and with the zoning and permitting now essentially complete, the resort is now ready to move forward when the economic climate improves. Located in a one of a kind spot, the resort is expected to set a new level of luxury and exclusiveness.

DGA is the managing partner for Holiday Cove RV Resort, Cortez, FL. The park operates as an open to the public resort as it also sells condominium RV sites. The resort has been completely modernized and renovated and is now rated 5/5 and 10/10/9.

DGA is actively advising several investment groups seeking to develop comprehensive strategies to either acquire or construct RV parks.
